Winbdi Terms & Conditions – A Detailed Guide for Members

1 Introduction and Eligibility

By using the Winbdi website and services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. We strongly recommend reading this document in full before accessing the platform for the first time. Winbdi is an online gaming platform that provides entertaining gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between Winbdi and a member, we will first attempt to resolve it through direct discussion. Complaints can be submitted via our support team, and we aim to provide an initial response within 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, it will be referred to a mutually agreed mediator. Winbdi is committed to resolving all issues through a fair and transparent process.

Winbdi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of major changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
